Seller and orders

Grunchyshop is operated by GR Essentials Oy, Finnish Business ID 3647122-6, VAT number FI36471226. Our address is Toppilansaarentie 11 A 12, 90510 Oulu, Finland. Customer service: support@grunchyshop.com. These terms apply to consumer purchases at grunchyshop.com.

Place your order at checkout. A contract is formed when the order is successfully placed and confirmed by the store. We email your order confirmation and the applicable terms. Check your contact and delivery details before ordering and contact us promptly about any errors.

Prices and payment

Prices include applicable VAT. The total price and delivery charges are shown before payment. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments; available payment methods are shown at checkout.

The prices and terms in effect when you order apply to your purchase. If there is an obvious pricing error, we will contact you. We will not charge a corrected price without your agreement.

Products and other policies

Essential product characteristics, prices and necessary care and safety instructions are provided on product pages and with the products. Follow the product instructions.

Our Shipping Policy applies to deliveries and our Return and Refund Policy to returns. We offer a 30-day return period and free returns under that policy. Our Privacy Policy explains personal data processing and cookies.

Defects and disputes

We are responsible for defective products under applicable consumer law. Contact support@grunchyshop.com about product or delivery problems. Our return period does not limit your statutory rights.

Finnish law applies without depriving you of the mandatory protection of your country of habitual residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may contact Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Your right to bring a claim before a competent court is unaffected.

Changes to these terms

These terms apply from 1 October 2026. The terms in effect when you order apply to your purchase. Later changes do not alter an existing order to your detriment. These terms do not limit your rights under mandatory consumer law.
