Destinations and delivery times

We currently deliver to EU-countries. Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you order.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific time has been agreed. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Free delivery

Standard delivery is free when the product total after all discounts is at least €70. Any additional charge for an upgraded delivery method is shown at checkout.

Delivery problems

If your delivery is delayed, lost or damaged, contact support@grunchyshop.com. We will investigate with the carrier. We remain responsible for the parcel until you receive it.

In the event of delay, you may require delivery and, where applicable, terminate the contract under consumer law.

Uncollected parcels

Not collecting a parcel does not cancel your order. If you fail to collect it without notifying us of withdrawal, we deduct the actual outbound and return transport costs incurred by us from your refund, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
