Refund policy

30-day return period

You may return an item by notifying us within 30 days of receiving it. The period starts on the day after receipt. If the same order arrives in separate deliveries, the period starts on the day after you receive the last item. You may also withdraw before delivery. You do not need to give a reason.

We refund the full price paid for an item in resaleable condition throughout the 30-day return period. Resaleable means clean, undamaged, functional and complete with all its parts. The item does not need to be unused. Original packaging and attached product tags are not required.

During the first 14 days, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal, even if the item is no longer in resaleable condition. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. In that case, actual loss in value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection may be deducted from your refund. Our voluntary return period from days 15 to 30 requires the item to be in resaleable condition.

How to return

Notify support@grunchyshop.com or use the withdrawal function on our website. You may also use the model form below or another clear statement. Provide your name, order number and the items you wish to return. Withdrawal does not require separate approval from us.

We email return instructions and a prepaid return method. Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. Returns are free in every country we deliver to when you use the method we provide. If you wish to use another method, agree its costs with us beforehand.

Pack the items carefully for transport and keep your proof of posting. The return recipient is GR Essentials Oy, Toppilansaarentie 11 A 12, 90510 Oulu, Finland. Follow the shipping instructions sent by email.

Exchanges

Exchanges are primarily handled by returning the original item and placing a new order. The returned item is refunded under this policy.

Refunds

We refund the amount paid for returned items to the original payment method without a refund fee. For a full-order return, we also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery method are not refunded. The same refund rules apply throughout the 30-day return period.

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of your notification. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

For a partial return, we refund the amount paid for the item as shown on your order confirmation. An item received free of charge has no refundable purchase price. We do not reclaim the promotional benefit or charge for originally free delivery following an ordinary partial return. Delivery charges are refunded on a partial return only to the extent that delivery of the retained items would originally have cost less.

Uncollected parcels

If you do not collect your parcel and have not notified us of withdrawal, we deduct the actual outbound and return transport costs from the refund. Original delivery charges are not refunded to the extent they cover those costs. Delivery charges already paid are taken into account, so the same costs are not charged twice. This also applies to orders that originally qualified for free delivery.

No such costs are charged if you have validly withdrawn or the failure to collect was caused by us or the carrier.

Defective or incorrect products

Contact support@grunchyshop.com with your order number and a description of the problem. A photograph helps but is not an absolute condition for a remedy.

Defects are remedied under consumer law, primarily through repair or replacement. Where applicable, you may be entitled to a price reduction, termination of the contract and compensation. We pay necessary return costs. Statutory liability for defects is not limited to the 30-day return period.
